The Real Healer is You!
I treat my clients by looking at their whole story, including past physical and emotional traumas dating as far back as birth where early spinal development and emotional holding patterns can start. My most successful clients have had chronic or debilitating physical or mental health issues who work with me to facilitate spinal awakening and repatterning to release trauma and embrace new, healthier physical and emotional patterns. This includes chakra opening and awakening, strengthening and relaxing pelvic and thoracic tension patterns, and clearing energetic blocks.
My clients come to me with chronic anxiety, headaches, fatigue, pain, sleep problems, digestive disorders, hormone or weight issues, energetic sensitivities, injuries from work or car accidents, life stress, embodiment challenges due to past traumas, postural issues, and more. Many of these are rooted in emotional traumas held in the body, nervous system, and spine.
Network Spinal Analysis employs light touch along specific spinal column locations (“gateways”) to alter tension patterns in the mind-body system, which have been inhibited by the central nervous system. Founder Donny Epstein discovered that many of his traditional chiropractic patients weren’t ready for manual spinal adjustments and would quickly fall back into old patterns. He discovered that misalignments can be corrected without the need for manual spinal manipulation (and it was more effective) by activating spinal gateways that facilitate rhythmic, involuntary breathing and spinal muscle movement.
My goal is to gently facilitate musculo-spinal system corrections to allow a restoration of normal segmental and joint movements. This allows the nervous system to retake control of body function by removing any hinderances in the spinal and muscular systems. Gentle Network Chiropractic adjustments, combined with Somato Respiratory Breathing, which empowers clients to bring breath and awareness to their tension patterns, can facilitate transformative healing and dissolve long-held tension patterns.

Testimonials
“After two weeks in care, I started needing less pain medication. Now, after two and a half months of care, I only take Tylenol once or twice a week. This is remarkable because for the last ten years or more I have taken something for pain every day.” – Amy M.
“I am much more calm, patient, and able to take in stressful situations and everyday stress. I feel more connected to my power – my ability to ask for what I need and speak up when things aren’t right. I feel like I can handle more, more capacity to deal with stress is greater. It also seems like my body more easily communicates what I’m feeling so I don’t get sick as often or for as long. Network has influenced my family that live in the Midwest too. I feel more able to be fully myself around them and old family battles hardly show up. When they do, it’s much easier to feel how uncomfortable they are and do something about them.” - Katie T.
